A.There are many variables that affect the number of servings of cake you will need to order:
1)The more food you are serving, the less cake you will need. Some of your guests will fill up on food and not have room for cake.
2)A younger crowd tends to eat more cake than an older crowd that may have dietary restrictions.
3)If you have more than one flavor in your cake, you can expect some of your guests to go back to try another flavor.
4)The timing of the cake cutting ceremony can affect how much cake will be used.If you wait halfway or later in the reception before you cut the cake, some of your guests may have already left.

A.A deposit of $50.00 will reserve your date. This amount is applied to the cost of your cake, and is completely refundable (or transferable) up to 60 days before the wedding date.
Q.When do I pay the balance of the cost of the cake?
A.The balance of the amount owing on the cake is due 10 days before the wedding. At that time an equipment deposit is also due (equivalent to the replacement cost of the equipment in the cake—plates and columns). The equipment deposit for most cake set-ups is about $25.
Q.When does the equipment need to get back to you?
We ask to have the equipment back by the Wednesday after the wedding. If you will be leaving on a honeymoon immediately, you will need to delegate to someone else the responsibility of returning them.Providing the equipment is returned back when due, the deposit will be refunded.
